Q: How long will it take to get something done?

Every request takes AT LEAST 1 business day. Sometimes more. Simple jobs get completed faster than complex ones.

Q: What can I get done?

Anything that takes us no longer than 1 hour to complete. Because we’re pro’s, we can get a lot done in 1 hour. If something we believe will take longer than 1 hour, we will let you know straight away to either find an alternative way or give you the option to start a new separate project.

Q: Does the support include phone support?

All requests are made through our client online portal first. If you feel you may require phone support, then our ULTIMATE package is best for you. For other plans, clients send us videos to help with a bit more complicated scenarios and we reply with videos to help train on a new process answer a question. To save time and to ensure jobs are getting done, all conversations and requests must be sent via email.
