Q: Am I really able to cancel at any time?

Definitely! Therisre no lock in terms and you can cancel at anytime provided we’ve received written notice from you.

Q: How long are my coaching calls?

Coaching calls are 1 hour and are done over the phone or Zoom. These sessions are designed to help you keep on track, ask a coach any questions and get real marketing advice that will help you grow your business?

Q: What happens if my site goes down, gets hacked, etc?

The whole purpose of our care plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case your website gets rolled into the ER, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting on your behalf. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

Q: Does the support include phone support?

All requests are made through our client portal, and our support plans do NOT include phone support. Clients send us videos to help with a bit more complicated scenarios and we reply with videos to help train on a new process or answer a question. To save time and to ensure jobs are getting done, all conversations and requests must be sent via email.

Q: Can you help me with strategy?

Definitely! That’s what the coaching sessions are for in our Grow and Accelerate plans.

Q: How does the consulting work?

Email is our best form of communication since it gets the fastest response. However, we know brainstorming works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Grow and Accelerate clients. They help focus a trajectory of the website for growth and improvements.
